Is your packaging discreet?

100%! We understand how important privacy is to our valued customers.

All our products are shipped discreetly in a neutral brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents whatsoever.

The package will have a neutral label, and will neither feature the Bodyjoys name, nor the logo.

Is your billing discreet?

100%! Your bank or credit card statement will show a payment to SP SCOVILLEGRP. The name Bodyjoys will not appear anywhere on your statements.

How long will my delivery take?

The delivery time depends on the shipping option you select during checkout.

If you are entitled to free UK shipping, the delivery takes 2-3 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 48).

Royal Mail Tracked 24 takes 1-2 working days and Royal Mail Special Delivery 1 working day.

How can I track my order?

After your purchase you will have received a confirmation email. Our warehouse will deal with your order as soon as possible, and once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a further notification.

If you have a tracking number from Royal Mail or DPD, you can also check delivery status directly on the Royal Mail tracking site, or the respective DPD parcel tracking site.

Returns

I changed my mind – can I cancel the order?

No problem, you can benefit from our 30-day money back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, or have changed your mind, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

No fuss, no questions – simply return the item(s), unopened and unused, and you will qualify for a full refund, excluding the original shipping charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

How can I return faulty items?

If an item you’ve ordered is faulty upon delivery, please contact us immediately and we will replace the product. Please explain the defect in a covering letter and return it together with its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, etc.

We also offer you a full 1-year warranty on all our products. If an item develops a fault, we’ll exchange it for up to 1 year after your purchase. If an item is defective in the first 30 days of purchase and you are in the UK, please contact us and we will provide you with a free postal address.
