Oh no! Why do we find you in the returns section? Our products are supposed to make you happy, and you shouldn’t be bothered with returns, which is never fun!

But it happens now and then, and if you wish to return your purchase, for whatever reason, we strive to make returns as convenient and hassle-free as possible for you.

Changed your mind and want to cancel the order?

No problem, you can benefit from our 30-day money back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, or have changed your mind, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

No fuss, no questions – simply return the item(s), unopened and unused, and you will qualify for a full refund, excluding the original shipping charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note: due to the nature of our goods, for reasons of health and hygiene we can only accept items which have not been used and are returned in their original packaging with security seal intact, together with any enclosed documentation. Please understand that we cannot exchange or refund fault-free items once the packaging has been opened.

Faulty items and product warranty

We understand how disappointing it can be if your new toy is not able to do its job when you receive it.

If an item you’ve ordered is faulty upon delivery, please get in touch immediately and we will replace the product. Please explain the defect in a covering letter and return it together with its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, etc.

We also offer you a full 1-year warranty on all our products. If an item develops a fault, we’ll exchange it for up to 1 year after your purchase. If an item is defective in the first 30 days of purchase and you are in the UK, please contact us and we will provide you with a free postal address.

Please note: health and hygiene restrict what we can and can’t do with respect to returned items. All items that are returned as faulty must be thoroughly cleaned before returning. Any item returned in a dirty condition will not be checked by our staff. The returned item will be refused, and postage costs will apply if you want the item returned back to you.

Discrepancies and damaged parcels

Any discrepancies or damaged packages need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered, so that we can immediately investigate with the delivery service provider to find out what went wrong.

General remarks on returns

We assure you that any refunds or exchanges are dealt with on the day of the items’ return. Please understand that no exchanges can be given until the returned goods are received by us.

The return items are your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore recommend to send goods using recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or delay of your parcel on its way back to us.

If you wish to have a refund for bundled special offers, you will have to return all your special offer items, or pay the current price for the outstanding item.
