Order Tracking

After your purchase you will have received your receipt and a confirmation email. Rest assured, our warehouse will deal with your order as soon as possible (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm), and once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a further notification, which will also include a tracking number from Royal Mail or DPD.

You have the following options to check the delivery status and track your order(s):

Royal Mail

If you chose a Royal Mail shipping option and received their tracking number, you can also check the delivery status directly on RM's tracking site.

DPD

If you opted for the DPD delivery option and received their tracking number, you can check the shipping status directly on DPD's parcel tracking site.

Shop Pay

If you made the purchase with Shop Pay, you can track your order via their app or website.

Klarna

If you made your purchase with Klarna, you can track the order via their app or website.
