If you order totals £50 or more, we’ll ship your discreet brown box free of charge within the UK.

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, you can do so up to 30 days from delivery. No fuss, no questions – simply return the item(s), unopened and unused, and you qualify for a refund.

For toys that require batteries, we add them to your order free of charge so you can play straight away.

Orders are shipped on the same day or within one working day, Monday to Friday. The cut-off time for overnight delivery choices is 3pm. If we can, we will dispatch up until 4pm when parcels are collected.

We only sell products that meet our team’s high-quality standards (and help to satisfy our needs!).

We offer you a 1-year warranty on all our products. If an item develops a fault, we’ll exchange it for up to 1 year after your purchase.
