Install the locking pin and spacers, then place the cuff over the penis and align the cuff with the ring. Slide the guide pins and the locking pin into position and attach the padlock to the tip of the locking pin. When you have found the exact fit, cut the ends of the guide pins with side-cutting pliers and smooth the edges with an emery board.
